1:1 Schools Visit in SVVSD

Join us for a visit to three St. Vrain Valley schools and see our iPad 1:1 program and the Learning Technology Plan in action. During this event, you'll have the chance to hear from school and district leadership, visit 1:1 classrooms, and talk to students and teachers about the impact of 1:1 technology on teaching and learning.

Participants will need to provide transportation between sites.

Participating Schools

Coal Ridge Middle School: Through our 1:1 implementation our teachers have been able to transform the classroom and offer students a variety of experiences and opportunities to be creative and innovative. Students enjoy the flexibility of having a personal device, allowing classroom learning to extend beyond the school day.

Trail Ridge Middle School: We believe that the future of our community depends on the success of our students today. Our intentional efforts with each individual student are key to them receiving the skill set they will need to be successful in high school, college, and beyond. Through our integrated STEM program, rigorous core classes, wide variety of electives & extracurricular activities, and specialized services, students are given the opportunity to succeed and grow to their full potential.

9:00-10:15 - Classroom visits - CRMS

10:15-10:45 - Transit to TRMS

10:45-11:00 - TRMS vision and welcome

11:00-12:15 - Classroom visits - TRMS

12:15-12:45 - Transit to WVMS

12:45 - 1:45 - Lunch (provided) - Student Panel discussion
